Fuutarou Uesugi

Yuusuke is envious of Fuutarou because he is always academically the best student in his grade, leaving Yuusuke a pitiful second place. Yuusuke considers Fuutarou his rival, much to Fuutarou's unawareness. At school, Yuusuke mostly approaches Fuutarou in the bathroom.  After Fuutarou places third in the mock exam, he becomes Fuutarou's second male friend in high school.  For the Kyoto trip, he is revealed to have formed a group with Fuutarou and Maeda to explore the city together.
