The Seven Goodbyes ⑥ (七つのさよなら⑥, Nanatsu no Sayonara ⑥?) is the forty-fourth chapter of the 5Toubun no Hanayome manga series.

- Fuutarou is torn between telling Nino the truth right away or still continue to deceive her. [1]
- Fuutarou visits Nino as Kintarou. [2]
- Fuutarou apologizes to Nino about the bonfire, and promise to spend the day with her. [3]
- Nino return's Raihas Charm to him. [4]
- Nino is making sweets and cakes for Fuutarou, and he tried to help her. [5]
- Nino is anxious being with "Kintarou" and calls Fuutarou whether he likes cream puffs or not. [6]
- Nino calls Fuutarou again asking him what are "Kintarou's" hobbies. [7]
- Nino forgets to spray the cream puffs before putting it into the microwave oven as Fuutarou accidentally slips up and calls her by her given name which causes Nino to blush. [8]
- Nino manages to finish the cream puff, wanting to see how "Kintarou" feels about it. [9]
- "Kintarou" claims that Nino made too many and says that she should invite her sisters to which she denies saying that they finally got to be alone together. [10]
- Nino points out the similarity between the two, even though they are one in the same, and "Kintarou" tells her that he wants the five sisters' to be reunited again and was about to reveal his identity to her. [11]
- Nino stops him and asks Fuutarou to meet her at the cafe of her hotel. [12]
- Nino tells Fuutarou that "Kintarou" might be confessing to her. [13]
- Fuutarou thinks it's troublesome to change costumes back and forth as Nino tells him that she wants to hear what "Kintarou" has to say. [14]
- Nino thanks Fuutarou, extending her hand out for a handshake. [15]
- Fuutarou's sleeves get pulled by Nino, revealing the charm she had given to him. [16]
- Nino drugs Fuutarou once again, telling him that he was sloppy for meeting her in a brightly-lit room. [17]
- Fuutarou was left sleeping on the table counter as Nino tells him that he is not a "quintuplet" and doesn't have the skills to perfectly impersonate someone. [18]
- Fuutarou told by a staff member that Nino had checked out of her hotel. [19]
- 3 days remain before the start of the final exam. [20]
