The Quintuplets Can't Share A Secret is a bonus chapter in the 5-toubun no Hanayome manga series.
It is released in commemoration of The Quintessential Quintuplets Movie.

Summary[]
The episode begins at the Nakano Residence, with Maruo talking on the phone to the quintuplets about his upcoming trip to Hawaii and Yotsuba's honeymoon with Fuutarou. The quintuplets' stepfather mentions that he's picked out the swimsuits, but one is apparently too big for them.
The sisters argue over who owns the bigger swimsuit, and comment that one of them has grown larger than the others. Ichika points out to Itsuki that she should go on a diet, as she's been eating a lot lately and has gained weight.
A flashback is shown with Itsuki and Fuutarou in a clothing store, with Itsuki showing her bikini to Fuutarou asking for his opinion.
Back in the present, Itsuki points out that Miku is the sister who eats the least, so her waist has slimmed down, resulting in larger breasts. Miku is embarrassed, and a flashback is shown of Miku taking Fuutarou to a clothing store and showing him her bikini.
Miku points at Nino, telling her directly that her breasts have grown, while touching her breasts. Nino is embarrassed and remembers a flashback, where she also takes Fuutarou to a clothing store, and shows him her bikini, while asking him if she looks better than Yotsuba.
Back in the present, Nino points to Ichika, showing her a social media post from the agency stating that the 23-year-old actress's measurements continue to increase. Ichika is embarrassed by the statement, and a flashback also shows her taking Fuutarou to a clothing store and asking him how the bikini looks on her.
Finally, Ichika remembers that Fuutarou mentioned last year that one of the sisters already had bigger breasts. Everyone immediately looks at Yotsuba, asking her about the things they do as a couple. Yotsuba reacts, mentioning that it's still too early for them to do "that." A flashback shows Yotsuba and Fuutarou in a girls' locker room. Yotsuba reminds him that that was their first date, and immediately comes out of the locker room to show him her bikini.
While the sisters continue to argue about who owns that oversized bikini, their stepfather arrives and hands them their swimsuits. After each of them chooses their bikinis, they realize there's one swimsuit left over, and it doesn't belong to either of them. Mirou notices this and remembers that the swimsuit is the one he gave to his ex-wife Rena Nakano years ago, much to his daughters' surprise.
Back at the clothing store, a saleswoman approaches Fuutarou and asks if there's a problem with their products, as they've seen him come to the store several times. Fuutarou explains that there's no problem, and that he's been coming there several times because he has to escort the quintuplets.
