5-toubun no Hanayome ∬ is the second season of 5-toubun no Hanayome anime. It was announced during Quintuplets Birthday Event held in Japan on May 5, 2019.[1] The second season is scheduled to be broadcasted by TBS on January 7, 2021 with Kaori as the new director and being produced by Bibury Animation Studios.

- Negi Haruba posted a teaser image (about Season 2) showing the Nakano Quintuplets in various outfits from Fuutarou's Flashback Arc (Ichika), Labor Thanksgiving Arc (Yotsuba), and Seven Goodbyes Arc (Nino, Miku, and Itsuki), some arcs that will be covered in Season 2.
- Negi Haruba indirectly spoiled an important plot point and character with his Season 2 announcement's tweet.
- This is the first season of 5-toubun no Hanayome anime to have an opening theme performed by Nagi Yanagi instead of Nakano Quintuplets.
